A painting of a great place to eat in Cape May.
I'm not happy with the tree--as I feared would be the case. I wanted a lighter feel, and should have keep my green washes lighter ... Might crop it to a square format, lopping off the uppermost branches.

You fooled me - I came over to see a painting of a gecko! ha ha This is lovely and I think you are being too hard on yourself about the tree - it looks like a green, leafy tree to me and it sets off the pinks very well.
I love this, and love, love, love the tree. Don't be so hard on yourself.
