three in a row
(8x12) More nighttime painting, after a day running around. Looks like another great spring day today--that's three in a row! Which should maybe be the title of this painting.
This is Soooo lovely. You caught the delicacy of the petals (poppy?), the range of color is just perfect. That palest rose lends the sense of transparency so well. Ahh, just love it.
"Three in a Row" is perfect! I mean both the title and the painting. You did this after a day of running around, and it looks as fresh as a spring morning. I love the clean, clear colors, and the dark centers of the flowers just make this sing. Frame it!

8 x 12 ? Wow, this is so great! The color is so great, and composition is wow again. Maybe work a little bigger sometimes?
