(6x9)I think there used to be a little dock here; my dad may have kept his boat there years ago ... During the boom these little places were being torn down and replaced by condos; condos that are now, in the bust, mostly empty.
Damp, humid weather continues here: not conducive to watercolor painting ... Perhaps it's a good time to start a sketchbook.
