Another from Scotland.
I will go back in and refine some shapes, esp on the lower right, after I've had a little time to think about it.
This is a subject I wouldn't previously have felt comfortable with-- too many places where I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at.
I'm glad I'm more at ease with fudging it. That feels like progress.

Energy not fudge! I really like it, especially the suggestion of netting rope. The turquoise/orange sing a harmony with the brushwork.
Ferdinand Hodler, un peintre suisse 1853-1908, avait un principe, ne dessiner et ne peindre que ce qui servait la tableau qu'il avait en tête. Il ne peignait pas ce qu'il voyait, et façonnait la nature selon sa volonté !!
