Love the birds! Sorry about the forsythia. My little lilac is blooming but we planted it in a bad place and it has to stretch out around the side of the house to get full sun and bloom - we should have planted it in the back yard for full sun and full blooms but it’s trying!
These are lovely. Forsythia are such a jolly herald of spring, I am sorry that you have missed out this year. Hopefully painting them brings you close to as much joy.
