Bird postcards
Also, very glacially, working on postcards featuring birds, using a gouache and colored pencil technique taught online by Val Webb. I like the results but find working with colored pencils somewhat laborious--so it helps to keep it small!
So glad to see your painting again. Your watercolors look like they come so natural to you, that's what's so wonderful about them.. I know that's not always so, sometimes it's a real struggle, but you've mastered the art of making it look easy.
Thank you, Barbra Joan. It's funny, sometimes it does seem to all come together; other days, like today-- when it's been pouring rain all day and I'm feeling nagged by unfinished chores--nothing comes out right!
