Pjms

A few sprigs from my mom's pjm rhododendrons.
She has several varieies of rhodos, all gargantuan. For some reason they just won't grow in my yard.

Rhodies were big in WA. Oh how I miss that state and wish I'd never left it! The rhododendrons you've painted are lovely!

I'm not sure what they need but I think it's an acidic soil. Check your PH and your Mom's soil PH, that might be the key to some successful Rhodies for you.
Your paintings are lovely, you have a wonderful touch with flowers in watercolor.
