American goldfinch and scarlet tanager. I actually had many goldfinches at my feeder this spring, first time. Have yet to see a tanager.
they are such charming little birds, cheerful and chatty.
The goldfinches are bright yellow again and are back in number. I've never seen a scarlet tanager around here. I like your take on both of these!
