catching up

Catching up on my class with SaltyWaterArt.
Each one of these could use some tweaking, and maybe I will touch them up later.
It's fun to change up the colors and see where it goes. I should have gone one further!

You took full advantage of the beauty of watercolor - all those gorgeous water drops/blossoms which are perfect for skies and water!! Don’t know which one is my favorite because I like them all.

Thank you, Rhonda. That is the greatest compliment: that I let the watercolor do its thing. That really is the beauty of the medium... But too often I interfere!

Beautiful sparkly water. The linework is gorgeous too, I like the way it pulls back the abstractness just a little - like an anchor. Your paintings match our skies today all moody and stormy.

These are beautiful. I don't feel they need anything extra - they are very lovely as they are. I love the colours too, perfect for seascapes...

Thank you. Lisa. Really want to visit your part of the UK someday!

Thank you, Evelyn. Sometimes when I can just relax into the process I get results I like!
