A little titmouse. Titmouses are winter visitors here in southern NJ, such pretty birds!

I usually see a lot of house wrens inmy yard, not so many Carolina wrens, but they have been plentiful of late, rummaging in the leaf piles.
The titmouse is so delicately painted, so pretty. And love the perky look of the Carolina wrens. We usually have them around but haven’t seen any for a while. The bird population is changing, some going south, some staying.
