This is gorgeous, Laura! Love the colors and composition, and I have to say the birds just make it complete for me, those touches of black make it really sing.
Thanks, Mineke. I don't know what birds they are--but they come in great black noisy clouds, stay for a few minutes and then move on. The first time I saw them, it was scary, now it's just plain amazing! Teachers always say to avoid black, but every time I see it in a painting, I like it! Have to look for more occasions to use it.
