My mom bought a big bag of peppers yesterday; I've always thought the architecture of peppers was interesting, and I got a little too obsessive over it here, but I was trying to keep it all pretty wet, which saved it a bit.
Beautiful job, Laura. I don't see the obsession at all but that might have been all internal. I especially like the reflection on the front of the second pepper from right.
The 'architecture' of peppers is the best part! And you've captured it beautifully. Love all the wonderful varieties of green you've incorporated. Just great.
Hi Laura, The colours are great, the thin white lines are very nicely done it highlights their architecture, they give also a fresh look on these peppers... Well actually I like being obsessive on an item and painting it... I think thats the real pleausure of art :)
Sorry forgive my english..sometimes I can't say exactly what I mean :)
Oh and your previous post is very nice, the flowers are lovely... great use of the red colour...
Thank you for your comments. I hope I can keep up the daily painting--trying not to let life interfere! Doudy has a good point about the joy of obsessing! And thanks Terry and Bec for visiting and commenting.
