poppies

Painted this from a photo taken by another student in Megan Swoyer's classes.
I may have made the violet centers of the poppies too strong but I really find those red violet colors irresistible!
I bought a lot of poppy seeds and hope they'll grow for me this summer!
A little daffodils practice using handmade earth tone watercolors from DustyBee Watercolors on Etsy. I like the subtlety of the colors.
