last day in scotland

On our last day in Scotland we explored Nairn, an ancient fishing village and market town on the Moray Firth.
It was a bit blustery, cold and rainy, and we both had colds!, but we found a space out of the rain to try one more watercolor.
We loved Nairn and it's wonderful High Street and beautiful beach. ( We pretty much loved every place we went. I seems like a dream now. Already.)
We visited St. Columba's Episcopal church and a great independent bookstore-- each town had one, which was wonderful. Despite our overstuffed suitcases, we each bought a few books.
Finally, a couple of sketches from the Inverness airport.
