daffodils 8
11x15
Trying here to paint the daffodils as a group, rather than individually. And I just tried to paint the jar as simply as I could, because I realized I just didnt feel up to trying to do more right now!
Laura, You have done a great job on the daffodil and watery glass bottle. also I think your portraits are brilliant, I am hopeless at faces.
keep busy, absorbed in drawing and painting, takes your mind of it all I find. I limit news to once a day. We have lots of Whelks egg cases too. Hope you can still walk to beach and sea. Take care.x
Very nice! Painting the jar simply was the way to go. Happy Sunday!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Candy. I often wish I could paint glass more realistically, but since I dont put in the hours to learn how, I have no one to blame but myself!

DeleteGreat job on these - they have a very nice pop of the blues and yellows playing against each other :)
