little, still, life
(6x8)
A "simple" still life that turned out to be not-so-simple. Not for someone so out of practice.
From a photo for a (April 2010) challenge at A nos pinceaux.
VERY nice - I really like the color palette used...love the fresh pop of yellow yet the calmness of the colors make it feel so relaxed, like a glass of water with lemon at the spa. Also love seeing the multiple takes on this.
The results may appear simple, clean and soothing... but you're right, this was not a simple feat! It took great mastery of your medium! I really love everything about this, the colors, composition, contrast, it's all perfect!
