practicing
A little practice just putting down paint, trying to remember to press down on the belly of the brush.
My art room is so cluttered I can't settle down to do anything ... so today will be devoted to tidying in hopes of, tomorrow, painting.
I like your playing and practicing, especially the fruit which looks a bit more finished. Good luck with cleaning - you really have to be in the mood to do it, don't you?
laura, you sound so much like me sometimes... I'm scattered right now, not so much my art room as my brain... lol ! practice , practice... it's what we do .. yours looks great.. love those purple shadows.. BJ
Hi Laura, your post about reading books on watercolor and watching dvd's inspired me to purchase some. I could never keep my art room clutter free. I too need periodic clean outs. It always amazes me to see peoples clean studios.... happy painting. I enjoy the crazy colored shadows on the fruit.
