This is a start on my first try at a subject that I've been wanting to paint for a long time: a house at an intersection near Malvern, Pa. The photo I'm working from is late fall--no leaves on the trees, but the grass is still somewhat green; at this stage I'm thinking maybe I'll make it a snowscene!
And here's another postcard of palm trees, done on some very stiff handmade paper I dug up from the back of my art-supply closet!
Its a wonderful start :)
