a new season ...

The last of the flowers from the yard, painted about two weeks ago! Hard to believe I haven't posted since May ... but I didn't do much painting this summer, despite my intentions.
Below are a couple of photos I took from my kayak and hope to paint before too long.

Happy Autumn! Time to get those brushes wet with colorful pigment and have fun. I like the loose flower painting but can't wIt to seemwhat you do with those photos!

Those source photos are great. I'm with Rhonda, I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with them. Meanwhile, I'm fascinated by the difference in the places where we kayak. Nothing quite like that in the inland lake and river where WE paddle . . .
