outdoors NM

Ghost Ranch (11x15)
I've been back from my New Mexico trip for just over a month and may be finally getting back to some semblance of routine ... though I still have not made it back to spin or yoga: tomorrow, always tomorrow.
A couple of the paintings I did in NM and a couple of the subjects from NM I am hoping to paint: tomorrow, maybe the day after that ...

Those are gorgeous Laura! I really love the colors. :) And I just saw your horses below and think they are so beautiful! Love how they're interacting, you can really feel some of what they may be feeling.

I knew where that was as soon as I saw the thumbnail on my blogroll! Beautiful painting of Ghost Ranch - I've been researching Georgia O'K again for a project, I think you have the same clear eye for that landscape Laura.

Love the colors in your paintings! And so jealous that you got to see Ghost Ranch. I have been studying Georgia O'Keeffe's paintings for some time now and would LOVE to go to see Ghost Ranch some day. Love your work, it's very inspiring! :)
